About The Reset

The Reset started with a question I couldn’t shake.

A friend told me about the friendships they’d built through their AA community. They went to dinner, played sports, took trips, and showed up for each other outside the meetings.

I kept thinking: Why do we wait until something goes wrong to build that kind of community?

So I started The Reset.

We bring adults together regularly through Circles, shared meals, local adventures, and the simple act of spending time together. There’s room for honest conversation and room to just have fun.

We’re starting in Hampton Roads. As The Reset grows, I want it to strengthen the places we call home too: local restaurants, businesses, organizations, and the people behind them.

Friendship takes time. The Reset gives it somewhere to happen.
