You’ve built a life. Does it feel like yours?
Private coaching and soul work with James Stringer
You can be accomplished, capable, and relied upon while feeling uncertain about what you want for yourself.
Perhaps you’re facing a decision you keep circling. A relationship keeps bringing up the same pain. Or the life you worked hard to create no longer feels fulfilling.
I offer focused, personal work to help you understand what’s happening beneath those questions, reconnect with what matters to you, and decide how you want to move forward.
Understand what keeps bringing you back here.
You may have thought about it, talked about it, and tried to change things. Yet something keeps repeating.
I listen closely to your words, assumptions, and reactions. A passing comment can open a deeper conversation about what you believe you deserve, what feels safe, or whose expectations you’ve learned to follow.
We explore those connections together and examine how they influence your life now.
That understanding gives us something practical to work with: a need to express, a boundary to set, a conversation to approach differently, or a decision to make.
The aim is for you to understand yourself more clearly and know how you want to respond.
Turn understanding into change.
Our work may involve finding direction, navigating a transition, or reconsidering a life built around expectations you’ve outgrown.
We might explore relationship patterns, self-worth, boundaries, or the distance between what you need and what you allow yourself to ask for.
For some, the work includes spiritual exploration, energy work, or making sense of a significant psychedelic experience and integrating it into everyday life.
For others, it means creating a practical foundation: journaling, meditation, healthier routines, more honest conversations, and time for the things that make life fulfilling.
We choose the approach around you and what you’re ready to explore.
Experience with lives that carry unusual demands.
My previous private work has come through personal introductions and word of mouth, including work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
I have traveled to work with clients privately on location and worked under nondisclosure agreements. I understand the importance of discretion when someone’s personal life, professional responsibilities, and public identity are closely connected.
That experience has also shown me how much can remain unresolved beneath outward success. Having resources and influence does not necessarily bring clarity about your needs, your relationships, or what you want your life to mean.
There is room here to speak about those things honestly, without needing to maintain an image of having it all together.
Focused work. Room to put it into practice.
My work with clients has typically unfolded over three to five sessions, with occasional check-ins afterward when useful. The scope depends on what brings you here and what emerges as we work.
Between sessions, I may suggest reflection, journaling, meditation, or a practical change to explore. The value comes from bringing what you discover into your choices, relationships, and daily life.
I work with no more than two private clients at a time so I can give each engagement the attention it deserves.
Begin with what’s on your mind.
You don’t need a polished explanation. Tell me what keeps coming up, what feels unresolved, or what you would like to be different.
I personally review each inquiry. If I believe my approach could be useful and I have availability, I’ll reply to explore whether working together feels right. Reaching out does not commit you to booking.
Private sessions are $750 for one hour.
Individual work is offered separately from The Reset membership.
